Inspired by the forest around it, this family home in the country comfortably blends natural materials and views with confident modern accents to create an environment that feels more like a place people live rather than just visit. I kept some features as I found them – the pine walls and ceiling in the great room, well-loved leather sofas – so that it would feel instantly familiar. Then, I brought them to life with hand-picked accents like the gorgeous lighting in the great room. It’s amazing how the perfect thing can make the perfect space.
