Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kimberley Seldon Design Group (KSDG) reserves the right to cancel any KSDG event up to 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.  In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be given a full refund or KSDG will offer a full credit towards an alternative event determined by KSDG at the time of cancellation. Kimberley Seldon Design Group is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. travel, hotel) you may incur due to cancellation of the event.

Attendees reserve the right to cancel their registration and receive a full refund up until 30 days prior to the event. A $75.00 processing fee will apply. No refunds or ticket transfers within 30 days of the event. 

Please note KSDG is unable to offer refunds or transfers to event no-shows under any circumstances.

All seminars require a minimum number of participants to run.
