The cost for your two-hour consultation with Kimberley is $1200 within local postal/zip codes. There is an additional cost for extra required travel.
During this meeting Kimberley will build and create a precise scope of work, review project costs and share insights that can save you time and money.
However, we find most clients find their biggest savings come from the saved time, effort and drama involved in having an expert designer engineer their project from day one.

How do I know if my project is a good fit
We undertake a large range of projects from complete renovation to room projects, in Creemore and the surrounding areas, Toronto and Santa Monica. We'd love to hear about what you have in mind. From there, we can advise you on our suitability.
How much does a design Meeting with Kimberley cost?
The current fee for a two-hour design meeting with Kimberley at your property is $1500 for postal / zip codes we serve. We add an additional cost for travel outside of these areas, and are happy to talk through those costs with you.

Can you estimate the time and cost of my project?
We know how important it is to be able to plan for your interior renovations and design. Kimberley outlines the scope of your project, including budget expectations and expected turnaround time during her paid design consultation with you, so you know just what to expect.
I live in an old building in the country. can you help?
We are specialists in country residences and historic properties.
We can advise you on structure, permissions and permits, and guide you on what to preserve and how to harmonise modern design & fixtures. You'll also be pleased to hear we have our own team of expert trades, so you eliminate the stress of managing multiple vendors and can trust they are experienced in properties like yours.

We pride ourselves on a 100% transparent process so you can be sure you know exactly how your budget is being allocated. Kimberley will walk your through costs, pricing and discounts during her initial consultation and you can requests receipts at any time during your design project.
